Frequently Asked Questions

Should I rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher ?

Just remove large pieces of food. A complete rinse is not necessary and wastes water.

Why are my glasses white ?

It is often a limescale deposit or glass corrosion. Use rinse aid and check the water softener setting.

Precautions

  • Wait for the dishwasher to be cold to clean the heating element (if visible).
  • Do not use foaming products (like classic dish soap) for the wash cycle.
  • Unplug the appliance in case of intervention on electrical parts.
